The Path To More is a coaching program designed for women just like you. 


This course was born out of a moment of friendship when I was at a very low point emotionally. It taught me that sometimes you need someone to be there to just point you in the right direction and encourage you to find your purpose and aim for the life you really want, that maybe you had forgotten about.

I designed The Path To More course to support you in taking control of your life, to help you learn to love who you are, then learn to dream big! To deal with current and past situations that have caused the overwhelm and then move forward to find that purposeful life you've always wanted, even if you didn't think you could get there!

Through The Path To More course, you'll learn about self-care, loving yourself and really being your best ally as well as discovering your life purpose, the life you really dream of and how to reach it. 

You'll learn how to:

  • Identify and manage your anxiety triggers.
  • Acknowledge and accept challenging life events.
  • Develop healthy coping strategies.
  • Create a plan for your future.
  • Find a sense of purpose and fulfillment.


The Path To More is designed to help you care about your life, take control of it and make it purposeful. It will also help you to recognise and deal with any anxiety and overwhelm and find methods that really work in the moment to get your day back on track.
